The challenge
A boutique landscape architecture firm with strong work and limited marketing resources needed a consistent content system that kept the firm visible to clients and collaborators between projects — without a large team or budget.
What I did
Built and sustain the full monthly newsletter — strategy, writing, design, production, and distribution. Created and lead the annual "Best Of" series: coordinating with every PM, editing their writing, designing the layout, and running a month-long social media campaign. Manage all social media including an award-winning Instagram presence.
Outcome
Newsletter consistently outperforms industry benchmarks. The Best Of series is the firm's most complimented content each year, driving a 35.1% spike in Instagram profile activity. The account was recognized on Land8's Social Media Awards in Landscape Architecture list.
